Refunds Policy
If you should receive damaged or faulty goods, please notify us immediately on 0800 112 3620 and we will arrange to collect the product and provide a credit, refund or exchange at no cost to yourself. If you are unhappy with, or have incorrectly ordered any stocked item, simply return it to us in an unspoilt condition, with the despatch note within 14 days of being received and a credit, refund or exchange will be given. However a 10% handling charge will be applied. Non-stocked products cannot be returned once your order has been confirmed.
