What is the minimum order quantity?
To purchase online there is no minimum order quantity but a 9.50 delivery charge will be applied for any orders under £150 (ex VAT)
Pack price is listed to make checkout easy, however many products include the unit price in their description to allow for easy comparison.
Any minimum quantities on packs will be stated on the individual product pages.
How do I know if my order has been received?
Your order will be completed with a confirmation screen to acknowledge that the order has been processed. You will also receive an email stating your order details.
What is the cut-off time for next day deliveries?
The cut-off time is 3pm which will allow us to organise despatch with our national couriers. If the order is placed after this time the goods will be despatch the following day and be with you the day after.
Can I collect my order?
Orders online cannot be collected as this has to be arranged with a member of staff. Please call 0800 112 3620 to place an order you wish to collect.
Can I place an order from overseas?
Overseas orders cannot be processed online. However, we do deliver abroad so to place your order please contact a member of our sales team on 0800 112 3620.
How can I return items?
If you should receive damaged or faulty goods, please notify us immediately on 0800 112 3620 and we will arrange to collect the product and provide a credit, refund or exchange at no cost to yourself.
If you are unhappy with, or have incorrectly ordered any stocked item, simply return it to us on an unspoilt condition with the despatch note within 14 days of being received and a credit, refund or exchange will be given. However a 10% handling charge will be applied. Non-stocked product cannot be returned once your order has been confirmed.
Can we receive samples?
Samples are available on some products such as strap and tape. However, many products cannot be sent as samples.
Do I get better prices for larger quantities?
We offer discount for larger quantities on most products. These will be shown in the volume pricing table on each relevant product page.
Pallet quantities can be given further discount on request.
Can we pay online?
Temporarily orders can be placed online but no money will be taken direct. Instead, as an account customer you will receive an invoice from one of our sales team.
We are currently working online trading and this should be available soon.
Can we open an account if we are not an existing customer?
Yes, you can set up an account quickly and easily using the following link. This can also be accessed from our home page. You will need to provide company details including name, telephone and email address.
Can we place an order without an account?
No, to process an order you will have to set up a user name and password.
When will I be charged?
Account customers will be charged after the goods have been despatched. Non-account customers (first order only) will have to pay on order.
How will I receive an invoice?
Invoices will be posted to the address provided. Copy invoices can be faxed if required. Please make sure the correct address in provided if different from the delivery address.
Are my delivery details stored?
Delivery details will be stored for customers who have online accounts to make repeat ordering easier. No data will be shared with 3rd parties

When will we receive an invoice?
An invoice will be sent to you on the day the goods are despatched so you should receive it within 2-3 days.
